Looking forward to playing……

I am very honored that the board of Life in Abundance (www.lifeinabundance.org) has asked me to play their fundraising banquet this October 30th at 6pm at the Frazier Arms museum. Their focus is on mobilizing the local church to restore health, renew hope, and inspire lasting transformation for the world’s most vulnerable families. I recently had the privilege to visit Jamaica, a beautiful country with over 2 million people. It is a reality check to see poverty firsthand. We are such a blessed, rich nation that it is easy to let our ignorance fuel our apathy. If you are unaware of a people group’s true needs, then you may neglect when an opportunity to help comes along. With a fundraising banquet such as this, not only do we have the opportunity to see a glimpse of poverty and its’ effects, but we have the immense responsibility to respond to the need. We know that is the only way for true change to begin. LIA does make a difference!!!!!!
